Free shipping on all orders over $50.

Orders are processed and shipped promptly. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & refunds

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at costaseaproducts@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within a few business days.
